Rock the pear
50 ml Cognac VS Louis Royer
10 ml lemon juice
10 ml grapefruit juice
10 ml rich sugar syrup
5 ml pear liquor
HOW TO MAKE
Pour all the ingredients into the shaker.
Fill it with ice cubes and shake for 12 seconds.
Use a rock glass and pour over ice.
GARNISH
Garnish with a dehydrated pear slice.

Summer Cooling
40 ml Cognac VS Louis Royer
15 ml Orange and hazelnuts syrup
15 ml Lemon juice
Top with Ginger ale
HOW TO MAKE
Use a cocktail shaker and shake all the ingredients with ice cubes for 12 seconds.
Pour in an highball glass over ice.
GARNISH
A long lemon zest.

Citrus honey
50 ml Cognac VS Louis Royer
15 ml Honey water
30 ml Grapefruit Juice
Top with soda water
HOW TO MAKE
Use a cocktail shaker and shake all the ingredients with ice cubes for 12 seconds.
Pour in an highball glass over ice.
GARNISH
Garnish with a grapefruit zest and 3 spirgs of thyme.

Louis Intense
45 ml Cognac VS Louis Royer
20 ml Red fruits tea
10 ml Timut pepper syrup
15 ml Verjus
HOW TO MAKE
Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Double strain into a chilled coupette glass.
GARNISH
Dehydrated pansy flower.
